Transforming your impact starts with a conversation
Coaching, leadership development, and strategic innovation work for professionals and their teams.
If you’re an impact-driven professional striving to make a difference, we can dynamically focus your leadership and approach to deliver meaningful progress grounded in your values and strengths.
I work with leaders, career changers, teams, entrepreneurs, and those looking to solidify their professional arc and impact legacy by leveraging my years as a social impact leader, professor, and coach to their advantage.
Over the past three decades, I’ve worn the hats of CEO, founder, angel investor, professor, consultant, and coach. My work as the Director of Social Impact & Sustainability and my teaching at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University afford me the opportunity to be at the forefront across a range of impact and sustainability frameworks.
Whether you’re seeking coaching, counsel, career guidance, strategy work, expertise in social impact and corporate sustainability, cultural competency, or even an impact expert on standby, we can shape an engagement to help you reach your goals and targets, assess strategic paths, and achieve the impact and growth you envision.

Strengthen and support your leadership and professional growth with a focus on your impact, effectiveness, presence, and legacy. Equip and fortify yourself to lead through change, stress, challenge, and transformation while remaining true to who you are and to the change and footprint you want to accomplish.
Impact Vision & Strategy Consulting
Increase and innovate the impact of your work, business, organization, program, or initiative. Engage to imagine the impact you can have, the ways you can engage, and the footprint you’d like to have. Through the consulting process we can transform and substantiate strategic positioning and solutions for impact and sustainability reach, scale, and long-term strength.
Creative, Ongoing, or One-Off Engagement
Whether for you as an individual or for your team or organization, if you’re imagining a market expansion, new philanthropic or sustainability effort, or even a new and innovative enterprise or service line, we can tailor an engagement - from a presentation or workshop to more intensive engagement - to help take your work from idea to action and ensure successful execution and outcomes.
Who am I?
I’m a social and sustainability leader with decades of experience leading strategy, innovation, teams, and organizations for meaningful impact.
An entrepreneur and field-builder at heart, I’ve moved my professional work through direct service, clinical practice, executive leadership, entrepreneurship, teaching, publishing, and leading movement and communities of practice in the spaces of impact and sustainability. You can read more about my path on LinkedIn.
For years I’ve succeeded in helping professionals and leaders find their “why” and leverage their particular strengths, assets, and skills to be the leaders they want to be and forge the impact they envision.
How do I work?
In working with me, clients benefit from my unique combination as a trained and licensed clinical practitioner (LCSW) and a seasoned leader, business school professor, and MBA.
I use my broad experience, clinical training, and decades of leading and coaching teams and leaders for success to open the right conversations, provide targeted guidance and strong nudges, and walk alongside my clients so that they can succeed in their leadership, their impact, and their legacy.
Let’s have a conversation about the leadership you’d like to evolve and the further impact you’d like to achieve.
